Introduction Plan
This is the required first step on your journey. This foundational session is designed to help you feel confident, safe, and supported as you get started. It’s a chance to connect with the space, the practice, and yourself—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Note: This is mandatory for all new clients and it is a 2 session package.

Private Sessons
These sessions are all about you—your goals, your needs, and your body. With dedicated one-on-one support, you’ll get caring, customized guidance on form, technique, and how to grow at your own pace.

Semi-Private Sessons
These semi-private sessions create a supportive, focused space where you and a small group of three or four can grow together—while still receiving personalized attention. With expert guidance tailored to each person’s goals and needs, you’ll get the benefits of both individual support and a shared journey.

These small group sessions, limited to seven participants, offer a nurturing and focused environment where you can grow alongside others. With thoughtful guidance tailored to each individual, you’ll experience the inspiration of a shared journey while still receiving the attentive support your body deserves.

Deep Experience at Connected Body
In this private lesson, you'll deepen your understanding of the practice by truly feeling the correct postures and movements in your body. You'll gain the confidence and insight needed to get the same great results in group sessions, all while mastering the machines and the movements at your own pace. This is your chance to build a strong foundation, so you can carry your Pilates practice with confidence, wherever you go.

Community Cardiovascular Activity
Weather permitting, we’ll head outdoors for some light cardiovascular activity, all while exploring how movement supports overall wellness. It’s a great opportunity to get your body moving, enjoy some fresh air, and learn how incorporating cardio into your routine can boost your energy, mood, and recovery.
