Booking anything else
This calendar shows group classes only. Private lessons, semi-private sessions and the Discovery & Plan session are scheduled with Penélope directly, so she can match the time and the work to you. Text or call (959) 204-5400 or send a message and she will find you a time.
Gravity Chair and Infrared Sauna add-ons are booked at the studio rather than online. See services and pricing for the full menu.
Every class and session is by appointment only, so please book before you come. We don't take walk-ins, and booking ahead is how we can reach you if a class has to change or be cancelled.
Group classes can be booked online right up until they start, so booking the same day is fine. Once a class is underway it's shown greyed out; to join one that's already started, text or call Penélope on the number above.
